Mesa 2 OS build 19267 of Windows 10

Operating system build 19267 of Microsoft Windows 10 Pro for the Mesa 2 is now being provided on new units in production and optionally on units serviced at a certified repair center (requires setting the unit to factory defaults). This version incorporates latest released updates from Microsoft (as of 24 September 2019), adds support for MIPI display types as a potential replacement on future units, as well as fixes a minor bug in the Device Info utility (a handle was not getting closed).

Existing units in the field can for the most part be comparably updated through the default automatic Windows Update service and using the separate 19190 or later cumulative patch update installer.
